Asbestos Management Plans

The requirement of Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 is a requirement to Manage asbestos and maintain it in a safe condition.

To comply the Dutyholder should have an asbestos management plan in place which deals with all aspects of risk from asbestos, including training and maintenance provisions.

Plans can range from short documents to substantial manuals dependant upon the circumstances. If required we can assist in drafting the plans in consultation with the client and advise upon the appropriate ways of dealing with asbestos.

Below is an example of an index page from a plan we drafted in respect of a multi building site.
